Ingredients

2 servings
  • 1/2 boxtricolor rotini
  • 1/2onion chopped in pieces
  • 1/2pepper chopped in pieces
  • 1/3 cupolive oil
  • 7 smallspanish olives cut in half
  • 1chicken seasoning, black pepper, parsley and adobo

Steps

15 mins
  1. 1

    boil pasta for about 7-9 minutes

  2. 2

    in a medium pan sautee onions, peppers, olives and all seasonings for about 5 minutes

  3. 3

    drain pasta and mix ingredients and serve, you can eat it cold as well
