  1. 8 ozpasta (linguine or spaghetti)
  2. 1 1/2 tspbasil leaves
  3. 1 1/2 tspgarlic powder
  4. 1 tspcrushed rosemary
  5. 3 tbspflour, divided
  6. 1 1/2 lbthin-sliced boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  7. 3 tbspvegetable oil, divided
  8. 1 smallonion, finely choppef
  9. 1 can(14.5 oz) petite diced tomatoes, drained
  10. 1 1/2 cupunsalted chicken stock
  11. 2 tbspfat-free half and half

    Cook pasta as directed on pkg, drain well. Meanwhile mix seasonings in shallow dish. Reserve 2 Tbsp. Stir 2 Tbsp flour into remaining seasoning mixture in dish. Coat chicken with seasoned flour. discard remaining flour mixture.

    Heat 1Tbsp oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add chicken in batches; cook 2 minutes per side of until golden brown and cooked through. Add additional 1 Tbsp oil as needed. Remove chicken from pan., keep warm.

    Heat remaining 1 TBS oil in skillet. Add onion, cook and stir 3 minutes or until softened. Stir in 1Tbsp flour. Add tomatoes, stock and reserved seasoning mixture; bring to boil; stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 5 minutes. Stir in half-and-half. Return chicken to skillet; cook until heated through. Serve with pasta.
