Half the evaporated milk, sugar,salt, eggs, vanilla, and cream cheese. Mix until smooth.

Add the rest of the milk, cooked noodles, and raisins. Fold together.

Pour into 13x9-2 1/2 pan. Bake about 40 mins or until knife check is clean.
