  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1 dashpepper
  • 1 tbspmayonaise or garlic dressing
  • 1 tbspbutter
  • garnish
  • 1 dashdried parsley

    beat eggs then season it and add mayonaise mix well

    melt butter add beaten eggs with bean sprout

    in low heat for 1 minute then fold it and break into small portion

    once omelette brown another 1 minute then set off heat
