Cut the perch filé in large pieces (3x3 cm), seasoning with salt and cook it in a fry pan for 2 minutes in hot olive oil. Get out the perch pieces, put it aside and cover in order to keep it warm.

In the same olive oil cook into the fry pan the freezed beans pods and red pepper chopped in 1x4 cm pieces for 5 minutes, then put over garlic in fine slices and zucchini chopped into 1x4 cm pieces to cook together for another 3 minutes

Put all perch pieces in the fry pan mix them very carefully with the vegetables and cook for another 1 min

Serve immediately with black pepper to taste.
