Making a simple snack for kids with easy ingredients can be a great alternative. No need for an oven or mixer, just use a non-stick pan. Be careful while cooking, use a very low flame to avoid burning. Be patient while waiting for it to cook.
Steps

Separate the crust ingredients from the filling ingredients.

Mix the crust ingredients: all-purpose flour, margarine, and egg yolk.

Knead until smooth.

Flatten evenly in a non-stick pan. Then prick with a fork. Set aside.

Mix the filling ingredients: water, sweetened condensed milk, egg yolks, cornstarch, salt, and cheese.

Stir until all the filling ingredients are well combined. If using cheese, press it to melt.

Bake the pie crust briefly over low heat.

Then pour the filling through a strainer to ensure smoothness.

Cook over low heat.

Cover and wait until cooked.

Once the crust is golden brown, remove the milk pie and let it cool. The filling will harden as it cools.
