1/3 lbLeft over taco ground venison

Steps

Separate two egg whites from eggs and combine with two whole eggs.

Scramble eggs to combine yolks and add left over venison from last nights tacos.

Add to pan and cook.

Serve, and apply garnish as you would like. Enjoy!
