2 cupcooked white rice
2 mediumpotatoes cubed

2 tspsoy sauce

4 quartwater
2 tspsalt
1 tspwhite pepper powder
1 tspbaking soda
2 tspgranulated garlic powder
1 tsponion powder
2 tspdried rosemary

Steps

clean the jacks scale them add into water add baking soda let sit 10 minutes add to pan bring to boil add everything but pasta rice and tommato sauce

after 5 minutes of boiling flip fish add pasta tomato sauce cook covered for 15 minutes flip fish

after 15 mins remove fish and take bones out add fish back cover simmer 5 minutes add cover remove from heat
