  1. Batter
  2. 200 gramsflour
  3. 100 gramsbutter
  4. 1/2 tspsalt
  5. 1/3 cupwater
  6. 2 tspsugar
  7. Topping part
  8. 100 gramsbutter
  9. 100 gramssugar
  10. 100 gramsflour
  11. 30 gramssliced almonds
  12. 1egg
  13. 1vanilla extract
  14. 1ground cinnamon
  15. 4red apples

    Peel and slice the apples. Put them in a bowl with some water, sugar and cinammon. Put then aside for about 30 min

  2. 2

    Pour the flour, salt and sugar in a bowl. Then add the butter. Mix it using your hands and then add the water.

    Shape the batter so it fits in a round baking tin. Prick the batter with a fork before putting the apples.

    Place the apple slices on top of the butter and add some almonds.

    In a saucepan, melt the butter and the sugar. Then add the egg and mix. Add the flour, the vanilla and the cinammon. Finally, put the almonds.

  6. 6

    Pour the mixture over the apples and place the baking tin in a pre heated oven at 150° celsius for 35 mins.
