Pore the flour in a pill on the counter or in a large bowl but easier on counter

Put in the salt and mix in with flour but still keeping the hole

Crack the eggs and put in the flour hole

Also put in olive oil

Gradually mix in the eggs and olive oil and slowly start adding the middle with flour

Onces the Dow is not to sticky u can use your hands and mix it all in

Start to need the Dow for 15 min

Let the Dow sit in plastic wrap for a hour so the gluten with relax so it will be easier to form

After a hour role the Dow out as thin as u can get it and keep adding on flour so it does not stick then once it is rolled out make into shapes and boil for 3-4 min
