Steps

Put the cooking oil in the sauce pan,add the onions garlic and ginger and cook until golden brown

Add the tomatoes,red pepper,salt and black pepper,cook until the tomatoes dissolve forming a red paste

Add the potatoes and cook for 5mins

Add the chopped beef and let it cook for 5mins

Add the corn starch to enhance thickness of the stew.let it cook for 5mins

Add the brown stock and adjust the taste by adding salt

Let it cook for 20mins.once the food is ready add the chopped coriander and serve when warm
