Rasapooli peethe - a dish of Yeast Bengal
Brahmand
Steps
- 1
To make the pooli, we need to mix the coconut powder, rawa, sugar and flour well and then cook it in the oven by just spraying little water with it. Keep stirring so that it should not stick to the bowl. Once the dough is cooked, make cylindrical shaped poolis.
- 2
Keep boiling the milk adding 250gms (as per taste) of sugar till it gets thickened. Then pour the poolis into it and keep boiling but please see that the poolis must not break. Lastly add iliachi powder at the end and the Rasapooli peethe is ready to taste
