in a dutch oven, Brown hamburger

dice onion and add to hamburger

drain sliced mushrooms and add to hamburger

in seperate large stock pot boil egg noodles and drain

add garlic salt to hamburger mixture

open soup and add to hamburger mixture

when well combined and cooked threw, turn off and remove from heat

add sour cream and dash of pepper

mix well and searve over egg noodles. (great over rice as well)
