Try this sugarfree tantalising healthy Chaat with broken wheat/ daliya. Daliya not only provides fibre and manganese, but also aids digestion and helps control blood sugar levels.
Steps

Soak the daliya for 30 minutes and pressure cook it for upto 2 whistles or till done

In a bowl, combine the chopped fruits, salt to taste

Next add 1 tbsn shredded coconut

Followed by sesame seeds, cooked daliya and mix the ingredients well

In a bowl combine lemon juice and honey
- 6
Pour this syrup on the fruit chat and mix well gently
- 7
Serve and enjoy a healthy Chaat!
