Place ground beef in a bowl and season with salt, pepper, parsley, oregano, chicken broth powder, raw egg and bread crumbs. Mix all ingredients well and form meatballs. Stuffed with diced boiled egg.

Heat oil in a large saucepan and fry the meatballs being careful not to burn. Once browned and cooked through, pour over the pot the tomato puree and add enough water to achieve desired consistency. Season with chicken broth flavored with tomato and add the chopped chipotle chile. Cover and cook over low heat 15 to 20 minutes to take taste.

Remove from heat and let cool slightly before serving.
