First soak rice for half an hour.

Cook rice with double water on the slow flame for 15 minutes.

Your rice is ready.

Now put kadai on the gas.switch on and add ghee crackle jeera.

Add all veggies and saute as well.after ten minutes add all dry masalas and stir as well

Now pour this veggies over the cooked rice and mix as well.

EmjoyGarnish with lemon,coriander leaves,kismiss.

Enjoy peas pulav with curd.
