Ingredients

6 servings
  • 3zucchini
  • 1/2 lbItalian sausage
  • 2/3 cupspaghetti sauce
  • 1 cupItalian cheese blend

Steps

  1. 1

    Rinse zucchini and cut off ends

  2. 2

    Cut zucchini in half and scoop out seeds

  3. 3

    Wrap each section of zucchini in greased aluminum foil.

  4. 4

    Bake zucchini at 400°F for 20 minutes.

  5. 5

    While zucchini is baking, remove sausage from its casing.

  6. 6

    Put sausage into a medium sized frying pan and brown.

  7. 7

    When sausage is cooked add spaghetti sauce.

  8. 8

    Remove zucchini from oven and place into 9 X 13 baking pan

  9. 9

    Place the sausage and sauce mixture into each zucchini section.

  10. 10

    Distribute cheese over all and put back into the oven for 10 minutes
