Ingredients

  • 3/4 cupDiced Onions
  • 1 cupChopped Celery
  • 1/2 cupDiced Carrots
  • 1/4 cupChopped Green Peppers
  • 2 tbspMinced Garlic
  • 2 tbspVegetable Oil
  • 4 canBlack Beans - Drained
  • 2 canChicken Broth
  • 1/2 tspCumin
  • 1/2 tspSalt
  • 2 tbspCider Vinegar
  • 1/2 tspCayenne Pepper
  • 1/4 tspLiquid Smoke
  • 2 tspChili Powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Chop onions, celery, carrots, and green peppers and sauté with minced garlic in the vegetable oil

  2. 2

    Process 2 cans of drained black beans

  3. 3

    Combine into crock pot

  4. 4

    Leave for 4 hours
