Sari sabjiyo ko chopped kar le ge.

Ab ek cooker mein butter daal kar gram Karein or mustard seeds daale.

Onion or ginger, green chilli paste daal kar bhune. Ab usme tanto paste bi daal kar bhune.

Ab pao bhaji masala or baki masale daal kar mix Karein.

Ab sari chopped sabji daal kar mix Karein or tora sa pani daal de. Phir dakaan laga kar vessel lagaye.

Vessels nikaal Jane par bhaji ko acche se mess Karein or 4-5 min tak bhune le.

Ab usme mess paneer or coriander daal kar mix Karein or tora sa butter bi daal de.
- 8
Pao ke sath iska maja le.
