preheat oven to 325.

add eggs one at a time.

cream crisco and sugar

add 1 cup flour and beat 1 minute.

add remaining flour and milk a little at a time.

mix until creamy.

add flavoring.

pour into greased and floured tube pan.

bake one hour at 325.

turn temp to 350 and bake 10 to 20 minutes till set.

for icing, have all ingredients at room temperature.

cream all ingredients except pecans.

mix in pecans and spread on cooled cake.
