Pav burji
My favorite breakfast easy to prepare in 10 minutes
Steps

Cut the Pav into small pieces.
Heat a pan, add oil, cinnamon and fennel seeds. Let it splutter. - 2
Add curry leaves, green chillies and sauté well.
Add the turmeric powder and the garam masala. Fry well. - 3
Add the chopped tomatoes, salt and sauté well.
Cook for 2 minutes.
Add the bread/Pav pieces, mix well.
So that the Pav is coated well with the masala. - 4
Add the beaten egg, mix well. Cook for 1 or 2 minutes.
Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot.enjoy!!! - 5
Notes
I have added the chicken masala instead of Garam masala.
You can add any masala of your choice.(tandoori masala, curry masala)
You can reduce the green chilli and add red chilli powder.
Same recipe you can prepare with bread instead of Pav.
