Steps

Preheat oven to 180 c

Mix first 4 ingredients together in mixing bowl.

Add golden syrup to melted butter and mix.
- 4
Add baking soda to boiling water quickly mix and add to butter and golden syrup mix.

Add to dry ingredients and mix.
- 6
Place teaspoons of mixture on baking tray, leave room for spreading.

Put in middle of the oven and cook for approximately 8 minutes.

When cooked remove from the oven and leave on the tray to cool a little then put on a cake cooler until completely cold.
