Mung dal dono ko pani mein 1/2 an hr tak bhigona hai....

1/2 an hr ke baad pani drain karke dal ko grind karke utapam jaisi consistency rakhani hai...

Uske baad wohi mixy mein garlic, ginger and green chilies bhi grind karni hai and dalvada ke khiru mein mix karna hai adding salt also as per taste....

Kadhai mein oil garam karke... 1 by 1 dumplings dalne hai...

Let it deep fry till little dark yellow by flipping occasionally....

Serve garama garam vth kachha pyaaz and fried hari mirch sprinkling lemon and salt on it. Perfect snack for choti choti bhukh @ 5:00 pm.
