These gummy bears are made from fresh strawberries and are preservatives free .The market bought are made with artificial flavors and colours which are harmful for health. these are tasty and sugar free too.

These gummy bears are made from fresh strawberries and are preservatives free .The market bought are made with artificial flavors and colours which are harmful for health. these are tasty and sugar free too.
Steps

Cut strawberries and freeze them for 10 hours.

Take out and let them be to room temperature for half hour.

Puree the strawberries in mixer or food processor
- 4
Sieve the puree

You will get 1 cup puree.

Now in heavy bottomed pan add all ingredients except agar agar powder on slow flame.

When the mixture comes to boil add agar agar powder 1 tsp at a time to avoid lump formation.

After adding 4 tsps of agar agar powder remove from flame(stirring constantly is necessary to avoid sticking at bottom)

Pour in silicone moulds and freeze them for 5 to 6 hours.

If there are bubbles sieve the mixture and then fill in moulds.

Serve lovely snacks to kids.
