Fried Goat meat served with greens and ugali

My family loves meat so I made this specially forthem and because we dont like processed spices ,I use the natural ones. I love it when after cooking the natural aroma of a goat meat is retained.

My family loves meat so I made this specially forthem and because we dont like processed spices ,I use the natural ones. I love it when after cooking the natural aroma of a goat meat is retained.
Steps

Cut the meat into small pieces then wash in clean water.

Put the meat in a clean sufuria,put on fire and allow to dry then add two mugs of water to boil.

Add 1/2 table spoon of salt and cover to boil until the water dries.

Once the water has dried add oil, stir and allow to dry for about 2 mins

Add onions and capsicum then stir
- 6
Add tomatoes and salt then cover for few seconds
- 7
Uncover then stir. Add dania then fry for 2 mins.

Remove from fire then serve with already prepared greens and ugali.
