Vegetable oats cutlet
Steps

Take boiled and mashed potato in a big mixing bowl, add 1/2 cup powderd oats(rest 1/2 cup oats we will use to coatthe cutlets), bread crumbs, paneer, all veggies, ginger, all spices, lemon juice and coriander. Mix well.

If you feel that the mixture is too sticky then you can add more oats or bread crumbs to it.

Grease your hands with oil. Take a small portion of mixture and make cutlets of desired shape.

Dip in besan slurry and coat with powdered oats. Make cutlets with the remaining mixture like so.

Shallow fry the cutlets on medium high flame from both the sides, till crisp and golden brown.

Sprinkle some chaat masala and grated paneer on cutlets and serve hot with your choice of dip.
