Ingredients

  • 250 gm .khoya
  • 50 gm white sesame seeds
  • 100 gm bura
  • 1 bowldry fruits powder
  • 1 tspcardamom powder
  • As neededAlmonds for garnishing

Steps

  1. 1

    First dry roast the sesame seeds.

  2. 2

    Grind and make a powder.

  3. 3

    Lightly roast the khoya,add bura, sesame seeds powder, cardamom powder and dry fruits powder,mix well.

  4. 4

    Make the peda with this mixture.

  5. 5

    Garnish with almonds.
