  • 1 boxTriscuits
  • 1 canCapers
  • 1 pinchTruffle salt
  • 1 pinchblack pepper

  1. 1

    Buy some quail eggs and a pair of quail egg scissors. You can order them at risingeaglefarms.WordPress.com

  2. 2

    Cut the tops off of some prewashed quail eggs with a pair of quail egg scissors and drop insides into pan

    Fry as many quail eggs as you want.

  4. 4

    Serve on triscuits. Sprinkle on truffle salt and pepper. Garnish with capers.
