Preheat oven 350. Make cornbread as directed.

Cut the tops of peppers and remove seeds.(can leave whole or half).

Brown chorizo and ground pork. Add chopped onions.

Allow cornbread to cool. Once cool crumble in large bowl.

Add meat mixture, corn, beans, and 1 cup of broth. Mix well and extra broth if need.

Mix cumin and salt& pepper.

Place stuffing in bell peppers. Place a cup of water at bottom of the pan. Place bell peppers and bake until tender.

Cover with cheese place back in oven and bake for additional 15 minutes.
