Ingredients

  • 1 lbBrowned pork sausage
  • 1 dozenHard-boiled eggs
  • 1 bunchChopped green onions
  • 8 ozSliced fresh mushrooms
  • 9 ozSour cream
  • 8 ozGrated cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine all ingredients, reserving 4 ounces of the cheese with enough cream to moisten well.

  2. 2

    Place in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

  3. 3

    Cover with the remaining cheese and cream and bake at 350°F until heated thoroughly or for 30 minutes.
