Combine cream cheese and shredded cheese

Microwave for 1 minute. Stir and heat for an additional 10 seconds.

Add egg and almond flour

Roll out dough between two sheets of wax paper. Spray cookie sheet with oil , and place onto cookie sheet. It will be very sticky and thin.

Bake crust for 12 to 15 minutes. Crust will need to be scraped off the cookie sheet.

Add tomato paste, veggies and any other toppings

Bake for additional 5 minutes
