  2. 2hotdog
  3. 2 tspmozarella cheese
  4. BBQ SAUCE ONION
  5. 1 largeonion cut in ring
  6. 1/2 cupbbq hickory sauce
  7. GARNISH
  8. 1cucumber slice
  9. 1 tbsphotdog relish
  10. DRESSING
  11. 1 tbspdjorn mustard
  12. 1baguette

  1. 1

    Put onion and bbq sauce in oven at 200 C for 10 minute then set aside

    Bake hotdog 200c cover top with foil for 15 minute then uncover till cheesy melt

  3. 3

    Apply butter on bread and toast bread

  4. 4

    To serve

  5. 5

    On toasted bread put cucumber slice then add hotdog relish and bbq onion

  6. 6

    Top cheesy hotdog and djorn mustard
