1 bunchBroccoli
2Boiled eggs
3 tbsp☆ Mayonnaise
1 tbsp☆ Oyster sauce
1☆ Salt and pepper

Steps

Boil the broccoli in salted water, drain and separate into bite-sized pieces. Cut the boiled eggs into bite sized pieces too.
2

Combine the ☆ ingredients in a bowl and gently toss with the broccoli and eggs. If you mix it too much the ingredients will break apart, so be careful!
