Ingredients

  • Crust
  • 1/3 cupbutter, melted
  • 1 1/4 cupgraham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cupsugar
  • Filling
  • 2 tbspunflavored gelatin, dissolved in
  • 1 1/2 cupripe mangoes, pureed
  • 12 cupcream cheese, softened
  • 1 can301 mL Carnation Condensada
  • 1/2 canNestle Cream
  • Glaze
  • 1 tspunglavored gelatin, dissolved in
  • 1/2 cupboiling water
  • Topping
  • 2pieces mango, peeled, thinly sliced

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine all ingredients for crust. Press firmly on the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Chill.

  2. 2

    Heat gelatin mixture for about 5 minutes. Set aside to cool. Beat cream cheese with Carnation Condensada and Nestle Cream.

  3. 3

    Fold in gelatin mixture and pour into prepared pie crust.

  4. 4

    Chill until set and garnish with mango slices and brush with glaze.
