In large bowl, mix egg whites, applesauce, almond milk, sugar, and honey, until smooth.

In a medium bowl, sift both flours, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cocoa powder.

Slowly add dry ingredients to wet ingredients

Fold in chocolate chips and berried (defrosted).

Put in greased muffin tins without liners.

Bake at 425 for 5 mins, turn down to 375 and bale for 13 mins. Check, bake another 2 minutes if toothpick does not come out clean.

Allow to cool for at least 10 minutes.

Keep in airtight container for up to 5 days, longer if refrigerated or frozen.
