  • 200 gramsHake fillet
  • 200 gramstomato sauce
  • 1 1/4onion
  • 1chile Chipotle
  • 1 tspparsley
  • 1 tspgarlic powder
  • 1 slicebutter

  1. 1

    mix the tomato sauce with the onion and the unit of chipotle with a quarter cup of water and blent them

  2. 2

    simmer the resulting sauce while adding the garlic and parsley

  3. 3

    fry the hake fillets in a pan with the butter

  4. 4

    cover the fillets with the sauce and serve as wished
