Preheat oven to 350°F.

Butter & flour two 9x5 inch loaf pans.

Combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, salt, & baking soda into a large bowl. Mix well.

Blend oil & eggs into the strawberries.

Add the strawberry mixture to the flour mixture. Blend until the dry ingredients are just moistened.

Divide batter into the loaf pans.

Bake 45-50. Let cool for 10 minutes. Turn loaves out & cool completely.
