Paneer Do Pyaza

Peel the onions. Rinse the tomatoes. Blanch them in boiling water for 5 mins and then switch off the flame. Cover the pan and let them blanch for 20-25 mins.

Heat butter and add onions. Sauté till they go golden brown. Keep them aside.

Peel the tomatoes and chop them finely. Chop the other 2 onions as well.

Heat oil in the same pan and add these chopped tomatoes and onions. Add ginger garlic paste and Sauté till oil starts leaving the sides.

Add all spice powders. Add the sautéed onions and stir for 2-3 mins. Mix well and add paneer cubes.

Add low fat cream. Garnish with kasuri methi or coriander.
