Steps

Heat oil. Add cumin seeds, ginger garlic paste, onions and sauté till onions become golden brown.

Add tomatoes and sauté till oil starts leaving the mixture. Add turmeric, salt and garam masala. Stir well.

Add cauliflower and potatoes. Add some teaspoons of water. Cover and allow to simmer for 20 minutes.

Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
