Grilled Chorizo
Good as a snack with sourdough bread or as an appetiser to share with your guests on a summers day.
Steps

Cut slices into the chorizo all the way along.
- 2
Add the olive oil to a grilling pan (You don't need to add the oilve oil but I like to when I'm grilling it in the pan, it's great barbecued aswell).
- 3
Grill for about 10 minutes turning it every so often.
- 4
While that is grilling, slice and toast some bread to just about browned or warmed and serve immediately.
