Crack eggs into a pan, mix them together

Allow eggs to cook slightly

Add the tomatoes, onions and jalapeño to the eggs.

Cook the eggs for a minute or two, then add in the cilantro

Allow eggs to be cooked through and serve while hot

Serve with a side of avocados or fresh fruits
