Ingredients

1/2 kg carrots
2tomatoes
2-3potatoes
1onion
1green chilli
1/2 tspturmeric powder
1 tspred chilli powder
1 tspcoriander powder
1 tspgaram masala
To tastesalt
2-3 tspmustard oil

Steps

1

Heat oil in a cooker add chopped green chilli and onion saute it.

Now add tomatoes and all spices and mix well saute till leave the oil.

Add carrots and potatoes mix well.

Take 2-3 whistles..add garam masala and serve hot.
