1/2 cupboiled macroni
1/4 cupcottage cheese
1 mediumchopped apple
2 tspolive oil
1 tbspfresh lemon juice
1 tspsalt
2 tsporegano
1 tspblack pepper
1/4 cupchopped coriander

Mix olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, oregano as dressing

Mix torn lettuce leaves, tomatoes, cottage cheese, macaroni, apple, coriander
