2 cupsflour
1 cupbrown sugar
1 Tbginger powder
1 Tbcinnamon powder
1 Tbvanilla essence
1ts baking powder
1ts baking soda
1 cupmilk
3eggs
1/2 cupoil

Mix all dry ingredients in a clean bowl.

Add in the eggs, milk And any other remaining.

Bake for 60 min,180 degrees.
