1 bowlsamak rice
1chopped potato
1 tspsea salt
1/2 tspblack pepper
1green chilli
1/2 tspcumin seeds
2-3 tspoil
1-2 tsplemon juice

Samak rice ko clean kar 30 minutes ke ly water me soak karke rakhe.

Wok me oil garam kar cumin seeds and chopped green chilli ko saute karein,ab chopped kiye huye potato daal kar soft hone tak pakaye.

Ab isme soaked samak rice and water add karein,or rice ko paka le.

Lamon juice add kar garma garam serve karein.......
