Bajra atta and wheat atta mix karein oil dale rub kar pani se dough ready karein thora tight ho.
2

Rolling pin se 1 inch mota flat ke roti bana le knief se cut ke le.
3

Heated oil main fry ke le.

Gur main water add kar fried parra mix kar le.
5

Mix karte rahe jab tak thora dry na ho jaye.
