Ingredients

  1. 3 earsfresh corn
  2. 1/2red onion, finely chopped
  3. 1/4 cupfresh cilantro, finely chopped
  4. 2 tbspolive oil
  5. to tastesalt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Cut corn kernels off of cob and place in a bowl

    Peel and finely dice red onion

  3. 3

    Add onion and cilantro to corn and mix

  4. 4

    Sauté mixture in a pan with olive oil

  5. 5

    When heated, add salt and pepper and serve warm
