Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupVegetable Shortening
  • 1 1/2 cupI Cant Believe It's Not Butter (or other margarine with HIGH percentage)
  • 1 1/2 tspVanilla Extract
  • 6 cupPowdered Sugar

    Cream together shortening and butter

  2. 2

    Add Vanilla Extract (or not if preferred)

  3. 3

    Gradually add powdered sugar until right consistency is obtained. Usually 5-6 cups or more depending on type of butter.
