Sprinkle both sides of pork slices with fresh ground pepper.

Cook pork in skillet with garlic (or sprinkle with garlic salt) until no loner pink. Drain off fat.

Mix together remaining ingredients and pour over pork. Cook until the mixture thickens and coats pork (about 2 minutes)

Optional: serve with Herb & Butter rice, covering with glaze
