Ingredients

  • 1 cupbajre ka aata
  • 6-7 tbspgrated gud (Jaggery)
  • 2-3 tbspghee
  • 3/4 cupwater
  • as neededfew almonds chopped
  • 1/2 tspThodi si pisi hui elaichi

Steps

  1. 1

    Non stick pan mein ghee garam kijiye.

  2. 2

    Aata add kar ke slow flame pe roast kijiye.

  3. 3

    Ek dusre pan mein gud aur water ko boil kijiye.

  4. 4

    Gud wala water aate mein dal kar ache se cook kijiye.

  5. 5

    Pisi hui elaichi powder mix kijiye.

  6. 6

    Garnish with almonds.

  7. 7

    Serve hot.
